Investigators with the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office have made an arrest in a series of larcenies from vehicles on the south side of the county over the last several weeks. Investigators solicited assistance from the public concerning an unidentified female whose image was captured while using a stolen ATM card at a local bank. In connection with information received and investigative efforts, a suspect was identified and a search warrant was executed resulting in the recovery of some items that had been reported stolen.
Investigators have charged Chelsea Francisco (DOB: 3/20/1994) with 19 larceny offenses in connection with 13 different incidents that occurred since 2/18/2016. Francisco has been arrested and is currently at the Blue Ridge Regional Adult Facility in Bedford with a $10,000.00 bond

The case is still ongoing, and more charges are expected.
